Ventus Villam was established in 2019 to develop a broad portfolio of solar PV and wind farm projects in Spain in co-development for investors and independent power producers.
Impelia was established in 2020 as an international developer of renewable energy generation projects. In Spain it promotes wind projects with the vision of becoming an independent wind energy producer, and in other countries it promotes photovoltaic and wind projects through its international subsidiaries.
